Abstract

The current conjuncture immersed in a sanitary, economic, political and social crisis, as a result of the propagation of the covid-19 virus around the world, has forged the need to implement new habits, including social isolation. This article has as objective present as come been configuring itself the acting of lesbians activists artists in current pandemic contexto that passed to use social networks as their main means of artistic and political movement. So, we focus on the artistic productions of two lesbian artists, the first is from Maranhão Gê Viana that develops her research on bodies considered abject, produces a work from a decolonial perspective in which through photomontage it promotes reflections on the hegemonic colonizing culture in the arts. The second artist is from Recife Luiza Morgado that through pictures evidence the plots that involve the dyke daily. For this article,we direct to look to the series Trama that was present in the programming of the virtual festival Conexão Sapatão in 2020 through the instagram profile @conexãosapatão. The pictures that make up the series are self-portraits of moments experienced by the artist with her partner and daughter, that from the dyke's to look uses affection as a metaphor for resistance and figth. In this sense, our proposal has both artistic productions as tools for thinking about dyke affection as a mechanism for disseminating lesbians in the arts and on the streets, as well as an act of resistance in times of attack on dissenting bodies and sexualities.
