CARE OF US: AESTHETIC SHARING TO PROMOTE ETHICAL-POLITICAL COMPOSITIONS

We are web/plots of narratives that constitute games of affectations, relationships, styles of living, recognizing and telling ourselves and the world. It is these web/plots of verbal, sound, visual, bodily narratives, that modulate the field of our probable experiences and also of the possible and improbable ones, being able to give rise to enchantments and disenchantments of our collectives. The embodiment of these narrations establishes communities of narration, that is, they erect narrative policies that modulate our stylistics of living together. Modern-colonial narrative policies (patriarchal, cisheteronormative, Eurocentric) reiterate objectifications, isolations, fetishizations and reductions of singularity to general economic value. However, we have in our ancestors an intense memory of other narrative policies that help us to assert resistance to colonizing violence in the way we live our lives. The present work seeks to show that aesthetic sharing has great ethical-political power in the formation and strengthening of collectives, having in ancestral practices an intense memory of other narrative policies which can build new ways of living together.
