Abstract

Subjectivity is the set of "practices of the self" experienced by subjects in their constant construction. Analyze the process of subjectivity, from the representations of the feminine and the masculine, enables you to check the games that work framing and pushing the margin individuals from this dual role and forms of subjection of individuals to these models. Masculinities and femininities engender up from operating in specific representations and subjectivity of each individual or social group. We analyze in this article the forces construction of the masculinities, from the analytical category of gender. And so, we seek to understand how masculine subjectivities formed when the meeting with the exceptionality of violence and the Justice’s power, by the documentation produced by the criminal justice system in 1950 in Paraná, source as having criminal cases involving gender violence. We use a methodology that enables the construction of profiles of those involved in these relationships of physical violence that assists in understanding the subjective processes observed in lines constructed by these historical subjects.
