Abstract

This article aims identify some representations about the construction of the adolescent in conflict with the law in the Brazilian legislation. It were observe the Código de Menores de 1927, Código de Menores de 1979, Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente (1990) and the Sistema Nacional de Atendimento Socioeducativo (2012). Instigated that to observe how these documents characterize the adolescent in conflict with the law, aiming to comprehend if the process of construction was paraphrase or polysemy. One of the results, considering the political and social role that the laws plays, was the paraphrase character of the law of the 2012 in relation the previous laws, constructing the idea of the adolescent in conflict with the law that should be removed from the social coexistence, notion that comes reaffirmed in every laws analyzed.
