A CANONICIDADE SOBRE A GEOGRAFIA FENOMENOLÓGICA DE ERIC DARDEL

This work seeks to demonstrate the potential existing in the work of Eric Dardel (1899-1967). The French geographer had a Heideggerian theoretical heritage and was responsible for the first phenomenological assimilations in geography, but this was not enough to make him survive and be elevated to the centrality of the discussion of the state of the art. We seek to investigate what the process of canonicity is and how Dardel's work had validity to not suffer it and that its rescue is a correct movement of critical geography and contemporary movements. Phenomenology in geography was relegated to oblivion that had to be rescued long after the topic had already established itself in other areas and we will see symptoms of this.References
