This work results from a monograph developed and presented at the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco, Oliveira (2019). In it, we try to understand how the textbook works as a printed hypertext. To this end, we analyze the materialization of intertextuality and interdiscursivity phenomena, through which the pedagogical discourse intersperses the theoretical-scientific discourse within it. In this way, we assume as theoretical textual assumptions, Koch (2015), Brait (2012), and discursives, Maingueneau (2015), as well as Barros (2004) and his work of interface between textual/discursive concepts, among others. From this study, we conclude that the speeches materialized in the pages of the analyzed books put the pedagogical and scientific text in relation, building a complex and singular structure.
