PLACE OF SPEECH AND ETHICS OF CARE FOR THE SELF
POLITICS AND NETWORK OF DISCOURSES

The article discusses the new modes of circulation of discourse in interconnected networks, taking as reference the theoretical-methodological device of French-oriented discourse analysis. Faced with a ubiquitous circulation, in which materialities are transformed from different appropriations by the interconnected subjects, we seek to establish relations between the micro and the macro policts by referring to the derivations of the meaning of the statement "place of speech". The analysis of some examples of power between a participatory digital order and mass media demonstrates that the emphasis on achievements on a behavioral level does not correspond to a political advance in contemporary Brazil. In networks, the tyranny of intimacy reduces the place of speech to its most superficial aspect.
