Abstract

In this study, we analyze the testimony of Yara Spadini, which is present in the book Direito à memória e à verdade: luta, substantivo feminino, third book from the report titled Direito à memória e à verdade - which contains accounts of women who were arrested and Tortured in the dictatorial period. Our goal is to understand the subject's position-taking to be able to talk about torture. In addition, to reflect on this collective memory constituted from a historical event, which takes place in a discursive event, from the perspective of the victims themselves (DALTOÉ, 2016). The theoretical reference base is the French Speech Analysis (AD).
