We aim to reflect on the meaning effects caused by different voices in the textual genre Initial Application. We operate in the field of study of the French Discourse Analysis, theoretical and methodological apparatus capable of leading us to the discursive level of the texts. In addition, we rely on Bakhtin studies to understand the definition of the term polyphony and how this game of voices contributing to construction of meaning effects. The corpus of this research consists of ten (10) Petitions Initial produced by academics of Law of the Catholic School Don Orione (FACDO). This research is the document type with a qualitative approach. The meanings produced by the dialogue between different voices in the text are related to the way in which the actor sees the world around him and he relates.
