Abstract

This work is a clipping theoretical and analytical data from our dissertation which propose that the jurisprudential meme, authored by the Superior Court of Justice (STJ), is a discursive genre spread in the social network facebook, providing dialogical relations between legal discourses materialized through verb-visual language, thus favoring the formation of architectonic genre in question. Such choice was made from thematic and imagistic recurrences that is related to legal discourses between parents and children, as well as the use of characters from the Star Wars saga. Our reflections are based on the dialogical conception of language advocated by Bakhtin Circle especially regards to discursive genres.
