The concept of landscape is currently undergoing a new phase of conceptual renewal, highlighting less tangible meanings. For the purposes of planning and managing the landscape itself, it is necessary to bring to light a more collective reflection on its social, cultural and political dimensions so that decisions can be taken more fairly. In this communication, we propose as a central objective, to present the Landscape Justice, bringing the criteria and its importance for a fairer human development, giving the landscape a higher position. Landscape Justice is the result of spatial practices, which in turn are actions implemented by the State or by organizations, which cause changes and ruptures in the physical and social structures of the landscape, and which can be accompanied by (in)justices at various scales. It is concluded that the landscape as a category of analysis, planning and management of geographic space is relevant to be undergoing restructuring in its concept and that in this way it will be useful to give strength to questions of justice.
