The present work aims to demonstrate the nuances of which are involved in the categorization of space and property. From a macro perspective, there will be an observation of how space has changed and changed to the concept of property, in a broad view, emphasizing that it took several centuries to reach the modern concepts used in the legal and social mechanisms to regulate human and social expansion. spatial occupation. Therefore, in order to have an adequate understanding of what a property is, one must adopt one of the new conceptions of space, culminating in the understanding of the relationship between the object (property) and its abstraction (space) and how these issues insert and have influenced the legal order as a whole. It concludes, therefore, the inseparable relationship between the concepts exposed, as well as what are their profound influences on issues connected to property in its most modern sense.
